Great Hearts is committed to an individualized approach to college counseling that focuses on finding the right fit for each student. The emphasis of the program is on helping students discover who they are as learners and emerging adults. Throughout their years at Great Hearts Irving, our students learn to be comfortable in the worlds of both ideas and practicality, understanding the relationship between the two. This serves our students particularly well when selecting a college experience.

SAT Subject Tests help your students spotlight their academic strengths. Each test is an hour-long, and each test is based on high school coursework. There are 20 tests across five subject areas: mathematics, languages, sciences, history, and English. Many schools require or recommend SAT Subject Tests to make admission or placement decisions. Students will stand out on university applications and give a more detailed picture of academic achievements and interests. The tests will be given on May 2 (register by April 3) and June 6 (register by May 8). Visit to learn more, and click here to register.
