Lower School Curriculum Night
At Curriculum Night, you’ll get to see your child’s schedule, desk, cubby area, and classroom. Teachers will share a brief overview of our curriculum, including Spalding Phonics, Singapore Mathematics, Grammar and Writing, Literature, Poetry, Science, History and more. Teachers will explain about our approaches to classroom participation, student evaluation, and homework and discuss classroom policies such as for snack, lunch, and recess. Our Specials (Art, Music, Latin, P.E., and Chess) teachers have prepared something as well.
When and Where

- Parents of Kinder, 1st, and 2nd Grade students should plan to attend Wednesday, September 2, 2026 from 5:30 to 8:00pm.
- Parents of 3rd, 4th, and 5th Grade students should attend Thursday, September 3, 2026 from 5:30 to 8:00pm.

Lower School Curriculum Night will be held at the Lower School campus. Enter at the main entrance on the west side of the building and make your way to the MPR.
From 5:30-6pm, parents may come to buy Spirit shirts, talk with our ESL or Special Education team, or meet our Specials teachers (Art, Music, Latin, and P.E.). At 6pm, Curriculum Night will officially begin.
Please note, Curriculum Night is not a come-and-go event. Parents should plan to arrive promptly and stay for the duration of the event.
